1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the World Monitor App (the "Service"), available at monitorworld.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Hypecent Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Description of Service

The World Monitor App is a mobile application developed and operated by Hypecent Limited. The Service provides monitoring, tracking, and informational features designed to help users stay informed about global events and data relevant to their interests.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

3. Use Licence

Permitted Uses

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:

• Download and install the World Monitor App on your personal mobile device
• Use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access the features and content provided through the Service

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

If you create an account with the Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with any third party

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hypecent Limited and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom and international jurisdictions.

Our trademarks, trade names, and logos may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Hypecent Limited. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Hypecent or World Monitor App names, logos, or trademarks.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Hypecent Limited does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected
• The Service will be free of viruses or other harmful components

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Hypecent Limited, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hypecent Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of any provision of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right
• Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the application and ceasing all use. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
